Cross Country At BCA

BCA has begun a new adventure for the 2009-20120 school year. Our students are now taking part in The Traingle Middle School Conference Cross Country Meets. Recently St. David's School of Raleigh held a Cross Country Meet for our middle school students and a Fun Run for our elementary students. This was a great way to keep our bodies fit and ready to serve the Lord of all Creation!

Cookies--Cookies---Cookies

The 3rd grade students recently held their annual Cookie Bake Off. Awards were earned for the biggest cookies, the smallest cookies, the most delicious cookies, the most colorful cookies, the cookies with the most ingredients and the best cookie display. After the contest, the students sold their cookies in the BCA Cafe. All the money raised was used to purchase books that were given to Golden Corral. The restuarant will hold an Free Christmas lunch in December and give all attending children a free book--compliments of BCA. The school was able to purchase over $250 worth of books!

Chocolate Is Everywhere!

The 3rd grade classes at BCA just completed reading, "The Chocolate Touch", which is a fun novel where everything begins to turn into chocolate. The students celebrated the ending of this unit with a speical Chocolate Party!

See You At The Pole Was A Day To Remember

BCA began September 23rd by gathering around the school flag pole and praying for our school; our families and our country. It was a blessing to see parents, staff and students standing together--hand in hand--praying to our Lord and Savior.

Movie Under The Stars

The night was crisp and cool for our annual "Movie Under The Stars" night. We all had a blast eating ice cream and watching a movie on the giant blow up 45 foot screen. We had over 350 people attend this event to celebrate the start of another successful school year.
